Important

If you have BMC Helix SSO agents upgraded to 19.08, you must upgrade the BMC Helix SSO server to a version later than 18.08.

When you upgrade BMC Helix SSO integration with BMC Helix TrueSight Presentation Server to version 20.02 on an embedded PostgresSQL database, an error is thrown. For information about the workaround for this issue, see Troubleshooting-installation-and-upgrade-issues.
