BMC Helix SSO server configuration revert

As a SaaS administrator, you can roll back the server configuration to a previous state through the BMC Helix SSO Admin Console. This feature enables administrators to quickly rewind the server settings up to the selected point in time, which enhances change management, expedites troubleshooting, and reduces downtime. The option, called Configuration archive, is configurable for individual tenants and is disabled by default. For more details and supported scenarios, see Reverting BMC Helix SSO server configuration.

System data cleanup monitoring

As a SaaS administrator, view and analyze the progress of automated cleanup tasks such as deleting outdated records, tokens, and unlocking locked local users. This feature helps maintain system efficiency and quickly detect any unexpected delays in cleanup processes. For more details, see Reviewing system data cleanup.

Enhanced audit data processingBMC Helix SSO audit records were stored and managed only internally, with no option to publish audit data to BMC Helix Portal.

BMC Helix SSO audit records are shared with BMC Helix Portal through Apache Kafka. This enhancement allows BMC Helix Portal to collect and analyze audit data from all integrated applications in one place.
