Metadata issues
An error occurs when the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server cannot find the Identity Provider (idP), or the request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect.
In the status report, the following message is displayed:
Error processing AuthnRequest. Error retrieving meta data
At log n, the browser displays the following message:
HTTP Status 500 -
To resolve metadata issues
- Verify that the agent URL for login has the IdP spelled correctly.
- Verify that the IdP is defined in the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
