Metadata issues


An error occurs when the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server can not find IdP or the request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect.

In the status report, the following message displays in the status report:
Error processing AuthnRequest. Error retrieving meta data

At log in, the browser displays:
HTTP Status 500 -

To resolve metadata issues

  1. Verify that the agent URL for login has the IdP spelled correctly.
  2. Verify that the IdP is defined in the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
