Enhancements

  • The Help tab now provides the following information:
    • Links to documentation (online and PDF)
    • Email addresses in order to contact Support and the License Compliance team 
  • The Manage Deployment tab now provides the supported version numbers for each product in the "Select Product" list. 
    • For example: Remedy AR System Server v7.6.04 to v9.1.02 (ARS).
  • The Reports folder name has been changed to remove the weekday
  • Support for a non-default port for Unix based product configuration has been added
