Upgrading to 4.0.01
Upgrading from version 3.x
A new installation is required in order to access the user\logs and user\Reports directories. See the following section on Upgrading to 4.0.00.
Upgrading from version 4.0.00
When installing, make sure to select the "Yes to all" option; this will create a clean install copy. (For details, see #7 in .Performing the installation.)
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
