1.6.00 enhancements

This section contains information about enhancements in version 1.6.00.

Product enhancements

• The Report File Prefix field has been added to the Manage Deployments form where you can enter the server name. This will be automatically appended to the report file name. See Adding-deployments.

• The Email Attachment File Prefix text box has been added to the License Report tab. This enables you to append a prefix to the file name, such as your organization's name, so that you can easily find the file in your default email client mailbox. See Emailing-reports.

• When reports are generated by the License Utility, a CSV file is created from the BMC product's native file. The License Utility internally converts the native file format (for example, XML or HTML) to the CSV format.  See Running-reports.

Documentation enhancements  

• The Release-notes-and-notices and Known-and-corrected-issues topics have been updated
• A table listing the supported BMC products for the BMC License Usage Collection Utility 1.6.00 has been added to the Supported-BMC-products topic
• The Language-information topic has been added
• The screenshots in the Getting-started  topic have been updated
