Language information

The BMC License Collection Utility is supported on English and German operating systems and locales. 

Limitations

 

  • When connecting to Windows-based servers, only English input characters, numerals, and special characters for password fields are supported.
    • Exceptions for password fields:  The following characters are not allowed:
      • Special characters, for example, double quotes (") and forward slashes (/) 
      • Unicode characters
