The BMC License Collection Utility supports the following languages and locales:
English (en_US, en)
German (de_DE, de)
French (fr_FR, fr)
Spanish (es_XL, es)
The product documentation is available in English, German, French and Spanish.

Note
Currently you can only install the license utility for one language at a time. If you need to switch languages, you will need to uninstall, then reinstall in the preferred language. See Uninstalling-v4-5 and Performing-the-installation-v4-5.
English language considerations
Special characters are allowed only in server username and password fields.
German language considerations
German input characters and numerals are only allowed in server username and password fields for:
Remedy AR System Server (ARS)
BMC Client Management (BCM)
French language considerations
French input characters and numerals are only allowed in server username and password fields for:

Note
In Microsoft Windows operating systems, some of the French characters and special characters are not supported. Therefore, you may not be able to use such characters for the Remedy AR System Server (ARS) username.
BMC License Collection Utility support French characters in the password except the blank 'space' and ` (backtick) characters.
For BCM, all French character combinations work well.
