Enabling, disabling, or deleting integrations


As a tenant administrator, enable, disable, or delete an integration after it is configured.


To enable or disable an integration

If you want to stop getting data from a third-party product without deleting the integration, you can disable the integration. You can enable the integration again when you want to get the data. 

  1. Log on to BMC Helix Portal.
  2. Click Launch on the BMC Helix Developer Tools tile.
  3. Click Configured Integrations.
  4. Click the action menu for an integration, and click Enable or Disable.


To delete an integration

The data is not fetched from a third-party product after you delete the integration for the product. However, the data that is already fetched in BMC Helix AIOps is not deleted.

  1. Log on to BMC Helix Portal.
  2. Click Launch on the BMC Helix Developer Tools tile.
  3. Click Configured Integrations.
  4. Click the action menu for an integration, and click Delete.
  5. Click Yes to confirm your action.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
