Unable to view the TrueSightSmartReporting service
After installing TrueSight Smart Reporting, you might not be able to view the TrueSightSmartReporting service. This can happen because of one or more of the following reasons:
- The JAVA_HOME path is not set correctly.
- The Install Windows service option was not selected during the TrueSight Smart Reporting installation.
To create a service for TrueSight Smart Reporting, do the following:
- On the computer where you installed TrueSight Smart Reporting, set the JAVA_HOME variable to point to the JDK.
- Navigate to the following directory and open the command prompt
<installation directory>\appserver\bin. - Run the following command:
service.bat install TrueSightSmartReporting
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
