Unable to access TrueSight Smart Reporting on Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers


On the Windows platform, if you use the Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser to access TrueSight Smart Reporting, you might encounter an error, or the screen might become unresponsive. This issue occurs because the self-signed certificate is incompatible with Chrome. You must create and import private certificates on Chrome to resolve this issue.
