This topic explains the license entitlements that apply to TrueSight Smart Reporting for Server Automation.
TrueSight Smart Reporting for Server Automation is licensed per enterprise with no additional license needed for users. The product license includes access to the TrueSight Smart Reporting product component.
You can download the components mentioned here from the Electronic Product Distribution website. Use the same username and password that you use to access the Customer Support website.
For licensing questions, contact a BMC sales representative by calling 800 793 4262. If you cannot download the components, contact a sales representative and ask for a physical kit to be shipped to you.
