Unable to see all events or devices


 While creating TrueSight Smart Reporting reports, you might not see all events or devices. Ensure that you have the following permissions for both views Smart Reporting:

  • Access Smart Reports
  • Manage Smart Reports
  • Administer Smart Reports
  • Unmapped events

If the issue persists, contact your administrator.
