Uninstalling

Once you uninstall TrueSight Smart Reporting:

• The TrueSight Smart Reporting becomes inactive in the TrueSight Presentation Server. You can deregister the TrueSight Smart Reporting component from the TrueSight console.
• All TrueSight Smart Reporting reports are deleted from the system.
• TrueSight Operations Management Report Engine is not uninstalled.

Once you uninstall TrueSight Smart Reporting, all TrueSight Smart Reporting reports are deleted from the system. 

The logs are available in the temp\TrueSightSmartReporting_uninstall_log.txt file.

To uninstall the product using the wizard

1. Close the TrueSight Smart Reporting instance.
2. Navigate to the <installed_dir>/Uninstall folder.
3. Do one of the following:
   • (Windows) Double click the uninstall.exe file.
   • (Linux) Run the following command:
     ./uninstall.bin
4. Select the language select and click Next.
5. Click Next on the Welcome screen.
6. Click Uninstall.
7. After the uninstall process is finished, click Done.
8. Delete the folder where TrueSight Smart Reporting was installed.

To uninstall the product silently

Do the following:

1. Close the TrueSight Smart Reporting instance.
2. Navigate to the <installed_dir>/Uninstall folder.

3. Run the following command:

   (Windows) uninstall.exe -i silent
   (Linux) uninstall -i silent

4. After the uninstall process is finished, delete the folder where TrueSight Smart Reporting was installed.
