Distributing and sharing reports

You can share reports with other user on an ad hoc basis. The following types of report sharing are available:

  • Distribution—Send a report to a user's system Inbox
  • Email—Send a report to another user via a one-off email
  • Embed—Embed a report into an HTML, wiki, or blog page

You can set the email permissions to restrict the way a report can be emailed to external parties while saving the report.
