Viewing your assigned tasks
Tasks can be created and assigned to users for a variety of functions, from simple "to do" notes to data quality checks to content change requests.
To access tasks
- From the left side panel, click the list next to your name.
- Click Tasks.
To filter the tasks you see, click one of the following options on the left side:
- Due
- New
- Updated
Then, select the time (for example, Today, Next 7 days, and so on).
- Under Assigned, select Assigned to me or My Requests.
- To locate a specific task quickly, use the following options at the top of the window:
- Search—Searches for results based on a keyword you enter.
- Sort—Sorts the tasks based on the column you choose.
- Priority—Displays the tasks based on the priority you choose.
- Status—Displays the tasks based on the status you choose.
- Flagged (
)—Displays you favorite tasks. - Reset (
)—Resets the list to the default.
- Reset (
- Click the Members button (
) to open the Connections panel and communicate with other users about your task.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
