Fresh installation of Smart Reporting 20.02 might not work due to license key expiration
Resolution
- Log in to Remedy Smart Reporting by using the siadmin account to the Default organization through the application's direct URL:
- Bundled Tomcat: http(s)://SmartReporting_host:<port>
- External Tomcat: http(s)://SmartReporting_host:<port>/SmartReporting
Navigate to Administration > Admin Console, and then click License Management.
If the expiry date shown in the Current License screen is December 31, 2021, perform the steps as shown in the Knowledge Article Remedy-Smart-Reporting-How-to-Add-New-License to upload a new license.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
