Managing reports on the dashboard tab

Each report is displayed in an area on the dashboard known as the report portlet. From here, you can perform multiple operations as described in this topic.

To manage reports on a tab

Select the following options to view and use of reports on tabs.

Option	Description
Menu options	Access the reporting menu. The options are: Default Display (Draft report only)—Select the way the report is initially displayed on the tab, depending on how the report is designed: Summary and Chart Chart Summary Table View Report—Open the report review page outside of the dashboard area. Print—Generate a printable display of the tab. Delete (Draft report only)—Remove the report from the dashboard tab. Export—Generate an export of the report in various formats. Share—Distribute or email the report to other users. Reset Report—Reset the report to its original state if you have drilled down to multiple layers or hierarchies of the report.Note: The report is automatically reset each time you log in to Remedy Smart Reporting. Information—Display the report summary information
Display toggle	Toggle between chart and table view on the dashboard, if multiple views are available.
Maximize	Open the report preview page, outside the dashboard area.
Delete	Remove the report from the dashboard tab.

To move and resize reports

When a dashboard tab is in draft mode, complete the following steps:

To move the report portlet, hover over over the grid of dots on the top left of the tab and drag it to another area of the tab.
To resize the report portlet, hover over the bottom of the portlet, and drag the bar up or down to resize.

Note

The width of the report portlets is fixed. You can change only the length of the report portlets.
