Uninstalling BMC Reporting Foundation on UNIX

To uninstall BMC Reporting Foundation you must use the same version of the installation utility that you used to install the product. Run the installation utility in uninstall mode to uninstall BMC Reporting Foundation from your system.

To uninstall BMC Reporting Foundation on UNIX, run the AddOrRemoIveProducts.sh script located in install_directory directory.

This script stops all BusinessObjects Enterprise servers and processes, and deletes the files copied from the product CD during installation.

Warning

Note

The installation program creates a number of additional files on your computer. The AddOrRemoveProducts.sh script does not remove the files created during the installation process, or files created by the system or by users after installation. To remove all BusinessObjects Enterprise files, perform an rm -rf command on the bobje directory.
