Types of charts

You can visualize data most effectively by using the several types of charts. This topic describes the charts available in BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting(Smart Reporting), and provides a chart selector guide to help you select the most appropriate chart to suit your needs.

Chart types

On the Charts page, the chart selection panel organizes the available chart types in following categories:
