Accessing and navigating the Smart Reporting Admin console


An administrator can use the Admin Console to perform the administrative activities in BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting(Smart Reporting). To perform additional administrative functionalities, a super admin user can directly access the Admin Console by using the URL http://RemedySmartReportingServerHostName:port/AdminConsole/#.

To access the Administration console

  1. Log in to Mid Tier as a Smart Reporting administrator.
  2. Select Applications > Smart Reporting > Smart Reporting Console.
  3. From the left navigation panel, select AdministrationAdmin Console.

License Days Left

The license countdown provides the super administrator user with the status of the product license. The countdown figure changes to red when there is less than 45 days left before the expiration date.

The License Countdown panel is visible to a super administrator user only.
