Viewing report details

You can view the information of a report by clicking the Details tab on the menu bar of an active report.

When you click the Details tab, a window with three tabs is displayed. The first tab is the Report Details tab:

The second tab contains information about the fields used in the report.

The third tab contains the SQL generated by BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting for the report. You can restrict access to this tab through role permissions so that only advanced users can view it.
