Out-of-the-box BMC Asset Management reports
A user can use the following out-of-the-box BMC Helix ITSM: Asset Management reports to view details about the assets and related activity within the organization.
Report name | Description |

Asset Details | Supplements the drill down from different Asset reports and includes details of assets along with request IDs and descriptions for selected CIs. |
Assets Scheduled for Maintenance | Lists the assets with maintenance scheduled in the next six weeks. Six weeks is the default, but you can change the date range. |
Assets with Warranty Expiry | Lists the details of assets within the warranty expiry date range. It also displays the contract details attached with these assets. |
List of Disposed Asset with Current Location | Lists the disposal details of assets with their current location and disposal date. |
Number of Computer Systems by Operating System | Display pie charts of the split of computer systems by the operating system manufacturer. |
Open Incidents Associated with Asset | Displays the assets associated with currently open incidents. The drill down provides the relationship details of assets and requests. |
Operating System Details for Computer Systems | Supplements the drill down from the number of computer systems by operating system and includes details such as CI Name, OS Manufacturer, OS Name, and System Type. |
Top 10 Assets with Maximum Change Requests | The bar charts display the top 10 assets that have the maximum number of change requests attached with them. |
