Saving a copy of a report

When you save a copy of your current report, the drill paths and filter values you have applied are saved as predefined filters.

To save a copy of a report

1. On a report, select Report > Save As.
   
2. Enter a name and description for the report.
   In the description, describe what filters are applied to the report.
3. Select the Category and Sub Category.
4. (Optional) Apply tags to improve searching.
5. Select the type of security you want for the bookmark.
   Initially, the security level is Public (open to anyone who has access to the category and subcategory in which the report is stored). 
6. Click Save.
