Defining a Smart Reporting administrator for the default client organization
The BMC Helix ITSM (BMC Helix ITSM) multicompany onboarding method creates a customerName_default Client Org. Any user without a Company defined in their People record (created in AR System User form), is added to the default Client Org. However, none of the users have BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting administrator rights.
If the managing company wants to define a BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting administrator, the company must do so manually.
