Getting started with out-of-the-box reports

All onboarded users can access and run out-of-the-box reports. By default, all out-of-the-box content is public, but users can make them private as required. Additionally, users can apply filters to out-of-the-box reports. These filters help to optimize the report results. 

You can view out-of-the-box reports by selecting Browse > Reports from the navigation pane of BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting.
