Enabling chart generation animation

You can animate or draw charts as they are generated. As an administrator, you can enable or disable this functionality and set different configuration options.

Enable or disable chart generation for the entire system

Administrator

Navigate to Administration > Admin Console > Content Settings > ChartSettings.png Chart Settings  > Animated Loading.

Enable or disable chart generation animation functionality only specific to your BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting account

Administrator

In your BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting user profile, navigate to the Settings > Display Preferences and enable Animated Charts.

Warning

Note

 Chart generation animation is different from the animation component that allows you to animate charts based on time periods.
