Printable Case Summary dashboard

As a dashboard user, you can use the Printable Case Summary dashboard to view the case summary and print the required case details in a PDF format on an A4 size paper without having to manually select any fields.

Important

The Dynamic list fields panel in the Printable Case Summary dashboard display is compatible with BMC Helix Innovation Suite version 22.1 only and will continue to display an error until BMC Helix Innovation Suite version 22.1 is released. After BMC Helix Innovation Suite version 22.1 is generally available, the data will be displayed and no additional configurations are required.

To view the Printable Case Summary dashboard

  1. On the left navigation pane, hover your mouse over the Dashboards icon Manage_icon.jpgand click Browse.

  2. Click the Helix Business Workflows folder and then click Printable Case Summary.

    Tip: Quick access from the home page

    To quickly open the dashboard from the home page, mark it as a favorite by using the star icon image2021-12-1_17-11-57.png. Additionally, after you open a dashboard, it is available under Recently viewed dashboards on the home page.

Dashboard filters

Select from the following filters to view the case details on the dashboard:

  • Line of business
  • Company
  • Assigned group
  • Priority
  • Case ID

By default, the dashboard displays the data for the last 30 days. You can filter the data by using the time range global filter.

To print a Printable Case Summary dashboard

  1. On the Printable Case Summary dashboard page, click Share share_icon.png.
  2. On the Share page, click Download.
  3. In the Type field, select PDF.
  4. Select the required layout and orientation.
  5. Click Download PDF.

Download PDF.png

You can now print the PDF on an A4 size paper.

Important

You can configure the formats in which you can download a dashboard. Learn more about the formats in To configure variable for supported report formats.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
