Active User License Usage Report
As a tenant administrator, view the Active User License Usage Report to monitor the license consumption of BMC Helix Business Workflows. The report displays the number of active users in your company that use BMC Helix Business Workflows. Active users are the unique users who have created cases in BMC Helix Business Workflows.
By tracking the number of active users, you can ensure the following items:
- Compliance with the license agreement that you signed with BMC Software
- Appropriate use of the licenses to avoid over or under utilization of licenses

To view the Active User License Usage Report
- On the left navigation pane, hover your mouse over the Dashboards icon
and click Browse. Click the License Usage folder and then click Active User License Usage Report.
Tip: Quick access from the home page
To quickly open the dashboard from the home page, mark it as a favorite by using the star icon
. Additionally, after you open a dashboard, it is available under Recently viewed dashboards on the home page.
