Service dashboard

As a tenant administrator, editor, or viewer, you can use the Service dashboard to track various KPIs for a selected service and view metrics from the following products:

  • BMC Helix Operations Management
  • BMC Helix ITSM
  • BMC Helix AIOps

This dashboard uses services created in BMC Helix AIOps.

Important

This dashboard is available for your tenant only when you have the following products: 

  • BMC Helix Operations Management
  • BMC Helix ITSM

This dashboard uses the BMC Helix data source. The query types used for each panel are different.

To view the dashboard

  1. From the navigation menu navigation_menu.png, click Dashboards.
  2. Click the Service Dashboards folder and then click Service Dashboard.

Tip: Quick access from the home page

To quickly open the dashboard from the home page, mark it as a favorite by using the star icon. Additionally, after you open a dashboard, it is available under Recently viewed dashboards on the home page.
