BMC Helix OpenTelemetry dashboards

As a tenant administrator, editor, or viewer, use the OpenTelemetry dashboards to track and analyze the trace data of services constituting the applications in your organization. You can identify bottlenecks in applications by analyzing the trace data and optimize the system performance.

These dashboards are available only if the BMC Helix OpenTelemetry service is enabled for your tenant. To enable this service, contact BMC Support.

Displays the details of traces of the selected business service, namespace, and application service that you can use for investigating and troubleshooting issues.
