Asset Compliance (Computer System) dashboard
Example: Tracking assets at inactive sites
Garth, the asset manager, wants to ensure that the assets comply with organization policies. For this, Garth wants to know the details of the assets that are available at inactive sites and also the details of hosts with outdated operating systems.

To view the dashboard
- From the navigation menu
, click Dashboards. Click the Helix ITSM folder and then click Asset Compliance (Computer System).
Panels in the Asset Compliance (Computer System) dashboard

Total Non-active Assets | Displays the total number of non-active assets of the Computer System class. |

Asset Distribution at Non-active Sites | Displays the number of non-active assets of the Computer System class by location in a bar chart. You can click the bar charts to view the asset details. The asset details are displayed in the Asset Details - Drill-through dashboard. |

Asset Distribution at Non-active Sites (Table) | Displays the number of non-active assets of the Computer System class by location in a cross-tab based on the following parameters:
You can click the count of assets to view the asset details. The asset details are displayed in the Asset Details - Drill-through dashboard. |

Hosts with Outdated Operating Systems at Risk | ||
Total Hosts at Risk | Displays the total number of outdated hosts that are at risk. |

The asset details are displayed in the Asset Details - Drill-through dashboard. On the Asset Details - Drill-through dashboard, when you click the asset name, it opens the asset record in Smart IT. |

Total Assets | Displays the total number of refreshed assets of the Computer System class. |
