Example: View the number of open incidents
Let's say you are a Service Desk Manager who wants to view the number of open incidents in the last 24 hours, and the top 5 services with most open incidents in your Organization. You can use BMC Helix Dashboards to create a dashboard containing two panels. You create one panel by using the Stat visualization plug-in to display the number of open incidents in the last 24 hours. You create the second panel by using the BMC Bar Chart visualization plug-in to display the top 5 services with most open incidents.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
