Active User License Usage Report
As a tenant administrator, use the Active User License Usage Report to view the number of active users in each line of business in your company. Active users are the unique users who have created cases in BMC Helix Business Workflows. This report helps you analyze how many users have created cases every month.
To view the Active User License Usage Report
- From the navigation menu
, click Dashboards. Click the License Usage folder and then click Active User License Usage Report.
Note: Only administrators can access this folder.Tip: Quick access from the home page
To quickly open the dashboard from the home page, mark it as a favorite by using the star icon
. Additionally, after you open a dashboard, it is available under Recently viewed dashboards on the home page.By default, the dashboard displays data for the last 90 days. You can filter data by using the time range global filter.
Panels in the Active User License Usage Report
Panels | Description | Example |

Active lines of business | Displays the number of active lines of businesses for the user. Use the Line of business filter to view the active users, active external users, and their trends for a specific line of business. |

Active users per line of business | Displays the number of active users for the selected line of business. |

Total active users trend | Displays the trend of active users by month for the selected line of business. |
