The dashboard user can find answers to the following questions:

  • How many requests were submitted during the given period?
  • What is the status of requests?
  • How many requests were closed?
  • How many requests failed?
  • How much time is spent on request fulfillment?
  • How many requests are submitted daily?
  • What are the top requests?

  • The dashboards are available to BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced license users only.
  • Only editors and administrators in BMC Helix Dashboards can create custom dashboards. To learn more about these roles, see Roles-and-permissions.

  • Within the dashboards, the metrics are displayed on the basis of the row-level permissions of the logged-in user. For more information, see Roles and permissions.
