Configuring the BMC CSV data source plug-in

As a tenant administrator, use the BMC CSV data source plug-in to visualize data from any source that returns CSV data. This includes REST APIs, static servers and local file paths.

To configure the BMC CSV data source plug-in

  1. In BMC Helix Dashboards, go to Configuration > Data sources.
  2. Click Add data source.
  3. Hover over the BMC CSV data source plugin and click Select.
  4. On the BMC CSV data sources Settings page, under the SFTP section, specify the SFTP server details.
  5. Add columns based on your business needs. 
  6. Click Save & test to complete the configuration.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
