BMC Dashboards for BSM provides highly interactive, right-time access to key service support metrics for senior IT management to help optimize decisions and accelerate the results of aligning IT to business goals.
 BMC Dashboards for BSM provides a single graphical view that consolidates critical metrics for multiple IT processes. By combining metrics from BMC Software products (such as BMC Atrium Configuration Management Database (CMDB), BMC Service Impact Manager, BMC Remedy IT Service Management, BMC Transaction Management Application Response Time, and BMC ProactiveNet Performance Manager) and your own database and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, BMC Dashboards for BSM gives IT management users highly interactive access to cross-process metrics.
