Disaster recovery

BMC Dashboards for BSM works on the data in the production AR System database. If this service is needed during a disaster, a separate installation needs to be setup based on the DR instance of the AR System database.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
