Note

Version 8.5 of BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management does not include BMC Impact Portal, which is a requirement for the Service Impact and Performance pod. If you have version 8.5 installed, you can use the Service Delivery Details and Business Service Summary pods to view the same information that is presented in the Service Impact and Performance pod. If you have upgraded to BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management from a previous version of the product where BMC Impact Portal was installed, however, the Service Impact and Performance pod is accessible, in addition to the Service Delivery Details and Business Service Summary pods.
