This section lists all the pods available in BMC Dashboards for BSM. The pods that are enabled in the pod catalog depend on the applications that you have installed in your environment.

Resolved Problems and Reasons Trend | Displays the total number of problems and the time to completion or closure by status reason. Problems are displayed in a summary view that contains two line graphs. |

Select a service from the drop-down list of services to view the details for the service. When the Problems by Business Services pod is present in the same dashboard as this pod, it acts as a driver for this pod. Service Request Trend for Top Catalog Title | The Service Request Trend for Top Catalog Title pod displays the trends in the service request usage and late completion associated with the top requests. You can choose to view the trend in expected cost or price instead of the trend in usage. The top requests are determined based on the selected metric (usage or expected cost or price). Use the drop-down menus above the charts to specify whether you want to view open or closed requests and the catalog title within which you want the top request's trend data. Use the drop-down menus below the charts to view data within specified time ranges, and the top requests according to request usage, expected cost, or price. Allow your mouse to hover over the points of the colored segments of the charts to view the following information:

Service Availability and Impact Management pods

Service Impact and Performance | Displays health attributes of your business services. You can view all services in a cockpit view. Each service displays a gauge showing availability. You can create an availability range using the Availability sliders at the bottom of the pod. When a service's availability falls outside the availability range, it's gauge becomes transparent. To change the way the services are sorted, choose an option from the Sort list. You can also choose the range of time for which to display past service availability. |
Business Service Summary | Displays a summary of the status of your business services and provides a launching point for additional details about the business services. |
Service Delivery Details | Presents the cost and availability information related to individual services, by the specified time period. |
Service Transaction | Displays the transaction performance times and the status of the transaction. When the pod is expanded, the pod also displays the elapsed time in the current status and the health of the service, expressed as a percentage. |

Service Automation Productivity | Shows personnel productivity in performing configuration automation activities, such as provisioning, deploying configuration changes, and enforcing policy compliance. This interactive pod enables you to filter and inspect productivity by domain, time, and personnel roles across business services. |
Service Automation Maturity | Contains interactive components that enable you to view the operational compliance with change processes, including change approvals (authorized versus unauthorized) and the source of changes (internal versus external) during a selected time period. |
Service Automation Compliance | Shows infrastructure compliance with configuration policies and periodic audits. For example, it can show how well your servers and networks comply with security, operation, and regulatory policies. |
Pod catalog filter
Enhanced filter options are added so that you can filter by pod name, pod category, and role (Dashboard Template Builder tool only) in addition to the pod type.
This feature is beneficial in environments with numerous pods, so that you can view only the pods that you want.
These enhancements appear in the pod catalog in the Pod Configuration tool, Dashboard Builder tool, Dashboard Template Builder tool, and Pod Builder tool, and in the pod catalog in the Executive Console.
By default, the filter options are not displayed, but they can be displayed by clicking the filter icon ( ). If you update the pod catalog filter settings in one workbench tool, the updates are visible in all of the tools that contain pod catalogs (Pod Configuration, Dashboard Builder, Dashboard Template Builder, and Pod Builder). The filter settings are saved for the logged in user (and not the user that may be selected from the drop-down menu) so that when the administrator or user logs out, the filter settings appear when the administrator or user logs back in.
