Setting up role-based access control


As a tenant administrator, use user management to set up role-based access control (RBAC) from a single place without the need for multiple configurations in Identity Management System. You can access the common services from the User access menu of the BMC Helix Portal console.

The user management services help you set up local user access. You can also can set up external user access and cross-product user access. For more information, see User identities.

Although, these user management services are shared across the various integrated products, some of the integrated products manage RBAC on their own.
