22.4
The following video (2:38) provides a high-level summary of the new features and enhancements in BMC Helix Portal 22.4.
Deactivate or activate users
An administrator can deactivate users to prevent them from accessing BMC Helix Portal instead of deleting them from the system. A deactivated user can be reactivated at any time. Reactivating a user restores all previous access to the user. For more information, see Setting-up-users.

Encrypt and prompt options for LDAP user password and access secret key
For enhanced security, you can specify the LDAP password and access secret key in an encrypted format or at the prompt when you run the agent. For more information, see Downloading-and-configuring-the-LDAP-sync-agent.
Disable deletion of API keys
When creating an API key, you can select whether you want the key to be permanently available by selecting the Disable deletion option. For more information, see Using-API-keys-for-external-integrations.

Delete External users
You can delete an external user (user synced or imported from external sources) from the Users page or by using the API. For more information about external users, see Setting-up-users.
Search and filter capabilities in notification profiles
To find specific notification profiles, enter all or part of the notification profile name in the Search field.
To prioritize and quickly take action on notification profiles based on their status, use the Filter option. For example, you can filter for inactive notification profiles and take necessary action.
