New Process for Submitting Product Enhancement Requests ("RFEs")
We are introducing a simplified, transparent way to submit product enhancement requests ("RFEs").
Going forward, all enhancement requests should be submitted as Ideas through the Aha! Ideas portal. This creates a direct connection between you and our Product Management team, ensuring your input is reviewed, tracked, and responded to consistently.
What Is Changing
- Enhancement requests are now submitted directly by customers through the Ideas portal.
- Product Managers review submissions and provide updates within the portal.
- Requests will no longer be submitted on your behalf by Support, Sales, or Customer Success.
Why This Change
The previous process required multiple internal steps before requests reached Product Management, leading to delays and limited visibility.
This new approach improves the experience by:
- Providing a direct communication channel with Product Management.
- Offering clear visibility into request status.
- Standardizing how requests are reviewed and prioritized.
- Enabling more timely responses.
How It Works
- Submit your idea through the Aha! Ideas portal.
- Product Management reviews and responds within the portal.
- Each idea is assigned a status such as: In Review, Candidate, In Plan, Declined or Released.
- Ideas aligned with the roadmap may be promoted into development.
Product Management aims to provide an initial response within 90 days.

Submitting ideas directly ensures your requests are evaluated alongside broader customer input and aligned with product strategy.
