Service Locations

BMC Control-M SaaS provides robust workload automation services across multiple global regions to ensure high availability and compliance with data residency requirements. The service is available in the following AWS Regions:

  • US West (Oregon)
  • EU West (Ireland)
  • Canada (Central)
  • Asia Pacific (Sydney)

Each AWS Region consists of multiple Availability Zones, which are distinct geographic locations designed for business continuity and high availability. These zones are spaced far enough apart to mitigate risk yet close enough to deliver low-latency connectivity.

These distributed service locations enable BMC Control-M to manage critical business processes globally while maintaining security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Every Availability Zone operates with independent power, cooling, and physical security, and they are interconnected through redundant, ultra-low-latency networks, providing a resilient foundation for mission-critical workloads.
