Third-party product terms of use

The following sections list the licenses for use of third-party products by various Control-M components.

For each TPS with LGPL license, the TPS source code is provided on the supplementary disk that you can download from EPD.

In accordance with the Lesser General Public License (LGPL), you may modify or reverse engineer such LGPL-covered code, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in your license agreement with BMC, you may reverse engineer and modify the portions of the BMC proprietary code that combine or link with such LGPL-covered code, solely as needed to permit the modification of the LGPL-covered code, for your own use in debugging such modifications of the LGPL-covered code. However, if you reverse engineer and modify the BMC proprietary code as described herein, BMC will have no obligation to support, warrant, or provide indemnification for the modified portions of the BMC proprietary code.
