Control-M Integration Identification for BMC Customer Support

Before you open a case with BMC Customer Support, you need to obtain the specific Control-M Integration tracking number.

The following information is required:

Product = Control-M Integrations
Version = 1.0.00
Component = (Specific Integration DR)
Version = 1.0.00
Subject = Integration name + Integration version
Support ID = Customer ID

The Integration tracking number is available in the following locations:

Configuration domain in Control-M Web (Integration name + version)
{applicationid}.dat file collected by the Health Check utility
ctmgetcm utility

Control-M Client Compatibility with Integration Job Types

Integration job types are compatible with Control-M Web only. Integration bug fixes and enhancements that are implemented are only developed for Control-M Web. The Control-M client does not block the user from loading and modifying an Integration job. However, these operations are not supported and must be avoided. You cannot view the changes in the Control-M client and might lead to failures.

From the Tools menu in the upper-right, select a format:
- Export to Word to export the current page to Word format
- Export to PDF to export the current page or a set of pages to PDF
If exporting to PDF, select what you want to export:
- Only this page to export the current page
- This page and its children to export a set of pages
For example, selecting This page and its children from the home page exports the entire space to PDF.
