Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, and Amazon Linux 2 End of Support

BMC is alerting you to a change in support, in accordance with the BMC Software Product Support Policy.

Microsoft ended Windows 10 support 14 October 2025, and ends Windows Server 2016 support 12 January 2027. Support for Amazon Linux 2 ends 30 June 2026. Therefore, BMC will no longer support these operating systems on all Control-M components, as follows:

• Control-M 9.0.27 (Planned Release in October 2026): Not supported.
• Control-M 9.0.22 or Lower 
  • Windows 10: Not supported.
  • Windows Server 2016: Support ends 12 January 2027.
  • Amazon Linux 2: Support ends 30 June 2026

BMC recommends that you upgrade to a compatible operating system, as described in Control-M Compatibility for Version 9.0.22.
