Control-M/EM and Control-M/Server on AIX End of Support - Reminder

BMC is alerting you to a change in support, in accordance with the BMC Software Product Support Policy.

BMC is reminding you of the End of Support for Control-M/EM and Control-M/Server that runs on AIX effective December 31, 2026.

This announcement updates our previous communication, as described in Control-M/EM and Control-M/Server on AIX End of Support.

Due to changes in Control-M versioning, Control-M/EM and Control-M/Server version 22.0 (9.0.22.000, scheduled for May 2025) will be the last version tested on AIX.

Control-M/EM and Control-M/Server that run on AIX will no longer be delivered after v22.0 (9.0.22.000). No support will be provided for all Control-M/EM and Control-M/Server versions that run on AIX after December 31, 2026.

Agents will continue to be supported on AIX until further notice, even though BMC recommends that you use Agentless Hosts.

BMC recommends that you migrate Control-M/EM and Control-M/Server to supported operating systems, such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux, before the end of 2026.
