Announcing the end of support for Helix Control-M/Agent and Plug-ins 9.0.20.2xx

BMC is reminding you that the BMC Software Product Support Policy for SaaS Control-M/Agent and plug-ins is limited to 18 months. Support for SaaS Control-M/Agent and related plug-ins 9.0.20.2xx ends on 30 January 2024. 

BMC recommends that you upgrade to SaaS Control-M/Agent 9.0.21.100 and above. The latest release of SaaS Control-M 9.0.21.100  was made available in June 2023, and 9.0.21.200 is planned for January 2024. For more information on how to upgrade an Agent, see Upgrading an Agent.
